How to Uninstall or disable a CFEclipse plugin?

Via the cfeclipse faq page:

1. Help > Software Updates > Manage Configuration
2. Expand Eclipse SDK > C:\eclipse
3. Right click on “CFEclipse (including CFUnit and Frameworks) 1.3.x.x

There should be a choice to ‘disable’ and ‘uninstall’.
